Official UK ETA Application
The official UK Government website provides the UK ETA application service directly. Travellers who prefer to apply directly may do so through the official GOV.UK website:
The official UK Government ETA application fee is currently £20. UKTravelPros charges a separate service fee for optional assistance with the application process. Our service fee is disclosed clearly before payment.
UKTravelPros does not represent that its service is the official UK Government ETA service.
Our Role
UKTravelPros provides optional assistance that may include:
- Helping customers understand the UK ETA application process
- Assisting customers with completing application information
- Reviewing information supplied by customers for completeness

UKTravelPros does not issue, approve, grant, or guarantee a UK ETA or permission to enter the United Kingdom.
The final decision regarding an ETA application and permission to travel or enter the United Kingdom is made by the relevant UK Government authorities.

Payment for our assistance service does not guarantee:
- Approval of a UK ETA
- Approval of a visa or immigration application
- Permission to travel
- Admission or entry into the United Kingdom
- A particular processing time or outcome
Applicants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Any government decision remains solely with the relevant government authority.
Government Fees and Service Fees
The UK Government fee and UKTravelPros service/assistance fee are separate charges.
The government fee is paid for the official government application process, while our additional fee covers optional private assistance services provided by UKTravelPros.
Our service is optional. Travellers may apply directly through the official GOV.UK website without using UKTravelPros.
